i grew up in my father's clay studio. he is a sculptor and potter. after high school i worked in clay making "moonshine cups" to support myself. in 2002 my interest in painting took over full-time and so did my interest in material exploration. everyday i am learning more and still discovering the joys of working with my hands. i hope that you enjoy looking at my work as much as i enjoy making it.
